The use of our website is usually possible without indication of personal data. 3. Collection and storage of personal data, type and purpose, and their use

If you are a customer, supplier or contractor of Zirec, we collect the following information:

  • Salutation, first name, last name, if necessary also by further contacts in your company
  • E-Mail address,
  • Phone number (landline or mobile)
  • Tax numbers
  • Bank data
  • Information that is necessary for the implementation of the respective contractual relationship

The collection of this data is carried out,

  • to allow us to identify you as our contract partner
  • to be able to properly advise you and/or to fulfill the existing contractual relationship or for the implementation of pre-contractual
  • for correspondence with you.
  • the billing;
  • for the processing of any present liability claims as well as asserting any claims against you;

The data processing is carried out at your request and according to article 6 paragraph 1 S. 1.lit. b DS GVO for these purposes for the processing and the double-sided fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract. We process the data we have received from you in connection with our business relationship.
The personal data collected for business relationships are saved  until the expiry of the statutory storage period (usually 10 years) and then deleted, unless that we after article 6 para 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO due to tax and commercial storage and documentation requirements (from German HGB, StGB or AO) a longer storage is required or if you consented to  a further storage under article 6 para 1 S. 1. lit.a DSGVO.

4. Disclosure of information to third parties, no data transfer in the non-EU countries

Basically, we use your personal information only within our company.
If and insofar as we involve third parties in the context of performance of contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), this personal information will only be given to the extent in which the submission for the respective service is required.
In the event that we outsource certain parts of the data processing ("processor"), we commit processors contractually to use personal information only in accordance with the requirements of the data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the Rights of the data subject.
A data transfer to institutions or persons outside the EU does not take place and is not planned.
Rights of public authorities in justified cases (E.g. financial authorities) remain unaffected.

5. Rights of data subject

You have the right:

in accordance with article 7 paragraph 3 DSGVO you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In this case we will stop processing your data for the future. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
